The task? Filming simultaneously across four locations — and weaving everything together into one compelling story. The goal? To demonstrate to the world just how seriously Booking.com takes diversity, equity, and inclusion.

To bring this ambitious vision to life, we assembled a global team of creatives. On the same day, filming took place in Amsterdam, Manchester, New York and Tokyo. Each crew captured keynote moments, conducted interviews and produced high-quality event photography.

To ensure every shot would align seamlessly, we developed a shared concept in advance — with a consistent format, interview questions, and visual style. The result? A unified narrative that made the energy of the event resonate across borders.
