Our Approach

We set out to develop something as forward-thinking as CapGemini itself: a one-of-a-kind indoor drone video. The journey begins at the nearby train station, where an animation outlines the walking route to the event venue. From there, the drone glides seamlessly indoors, offering a dynamic preview of XperienceDay.

As it flies through the venue, the drone guides viewers past key features of the event: the inspiring presentation space, engaging interactive stands, and inviting networking areas. In doing so, attendees felt a sense of connection to the day—well before it even began.

This approach went beyond simply delivering information—it created an experience that left a lasting impression.
