How do you train technicians on a brand-new product across multiple countries at once?
That’s exactly what Daikin asked us:
“Can you create an animation that clearly explains how our latest generation of heat pumps works – and make it suitable for international training and certification?”
The challenge? Turning complex technical information into something crystal clear – in no fewer than eight languages. The goal? Train technicians around the globe efficiently with one smart video solution.

Approach
We began by translating the technical workings of Daikin’s new heat pump into a clear, visual story.
The result; A custom whiteboard animation that walks technicians through the product step by step. Clear visuals, concise voice-overs, and global usability were our key priorities.
In addition to the whiteboard video, we also produced a dedicated explainer and a set of short social snippets. These bite-sized videos were designed to attract new technicians and spark interest in the training programme.
The full video series is now available in eight different languages – giving dealers, sales teams, and end users worldwide access to the same clear, consistent information.
The results
The campaign had an immediate impact:
- The videos boosted both visibility and appeal.
