How do you give people a real sense of what it’s like to work at a company where energy, creativity and professionalism take centre stage? That’s the challenge HeadFirst presented to us: create two dynamic videos that capture the essence of their workplace culture and showcase the versatility of their on-site theatre venue.

Their goal? To attract top talent and inspire event organisers with the potential of their space. This project offered a great opportunity to bring the HeadFirst story to life and translate their vision into compelling visual content.

Our approach

To truly immerse the viewer, we combined sweeping drone footage with sharp, purposeful camera shots. Each video was tailored to serve its specific purpose:

  1. Office Drone Video (40–60 seconds) This video opens with an aerial shot of HeadFirst’s impressive building, gradually drawing the viewer indoors. Through a series of lively scenes—from formal meetings and casual catch-ups to team lunches and rooftop breaks—we captured the workplace energy. Bold text overlays, upbeat music and creative visual transitions brought an added layer of dynamism, reflecting the company’s vibrant culture.
  2. Theatre Promotional Video (40–60 seconds) To highlight the flexibility of the theatre space, we showcased it in multiple setups. Empty room shots illustrated the venue’s scale and versatility, while footage of corporate and conference events brought it to life. We also featured the adjacent lunch area and the visual impact of lighting and projections during events, giving viewers an inspiring glimpse into what’s possible.

Both videos blend drone and traditional footage to create an engaging visual narrative that pulls the viewer into the world of HeadFirst.

The videos played a key role in achieving HeadFirst’s objectives:
