We deliberately chose to feature real people. Three short, compelling testimonial videos told the story — directly from Strohm’s employees. By showing why they chose to work at Strohm, we created a strong sense of recognition and relatability for the target audience.
The videos were supported by professionally shot photography, which was rolled out across DOOH campaigns and banners in the area surrounding Strohm’s headquarters. This ensured visibility both online and in the physical world — putting Strohm quite literally on the map.
