We began by listening in a creative workshop, uncovering four key drivers for young people: freedom, independence, social buzz and instant pay. From these insights, we built a three-phase campaign:

  • Awareness: teaser videos that spark curiosity
  • Consideration: real user stories + live shift offers
  • Decision: targeted clips showing how easy sign-up is

Short, high-energy clips highlight relatable work situations, from fun horeca shifts to quick warehouse gigs, with a playful tone and fresh visuals that make them both informative and entertaining.
