We started with an employer branding strategy with a focus on the corporate culture, USPs of Visma | YouServe as an employer. Our Copywriter Diana from our copywriting agency DeskText renewed all content on the careers site with an informal, positive, activating and involved tone of voice.
After this we became hooked up for videos. We developed a number of videos according to the candidate journey funnel. We developed the idea for a dynamic awareness video and 6 personal testimonials in which employees talk about what it is like to work at Visma | YouServe to work. Our crew shot the footage in two days, after which our motion designers started the edits.
We have provided the videos with distinctive custom motion graphics that emphasize the important points.
